When you use ONTHELIST we may collect:

• Purchase information: Tickets bought, event attended, amount paid
• Promoter information: Business name, phone number, Instagram handle, bank account details (stored securely by Stripe)
• Usage data: Pages visited, events viewed, search queries
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address

2. How we use your data

• To process ticket purchases and send you your QR ticket
• To send event confirmation and payout emails
• To operate and improve the platform
• To communicate with you about your account or orders
• To comply with legal requirements

3. Payment data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. ONTHELIST never stores your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

4. We do not sell your data

ONTHELIST does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and purchase data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@onthelist.co.

6. Firebase and Google

We use Google Firebase to store event and order data. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
