Cancelled events

If a promoter cancels an event, all ticket holders receive a full refund automatically. The refund is processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Postponed events

If an event is postponed to a new date:

• Your ticket remains valid for the new date
• You may request a full refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement
• After 7 days, tickets are considered transferred to the new date

Change of mind

Refunds for change of mind are at the discretion of the event promoter. Some events are listed as "No refunds" — this will be clearly indicated on the event page before purchase.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@onthelist.co with your order ID and reason
• Include the email address used to purchase
• We will respond within 24 hours

ONTHELIST platform fee

In the case of a refund due to event cancellation, ONTHELIST's 6% platform fee is also refunded in full. For change-of-mind refunds approved by the promoter, the platform fee may be retained.
