Refund Policy

ONTHELIST charges no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both fans and promoters.

Cancelled events

If a promoter cancels an event, all ticket holders receive a full refund automatically. The refund is processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Postponed events

If an event is postponed to a new date:

Change of mind

Refunds for change of mind are at the discretion of the event promoter. Some events are listed as "No refunds" — this will be clearly indicated on the event page before purchase.

How to request a refund

ONTHELIST platform fee

In the case of a refund due to event cancellation, ONTHELIST's 6% platform fee is also refunded in full. For change-of-mind refunds approved by the promoter, the platform fee may be retained.
