What's the actual cost?

We charge 6% of each ticket sale. That's it. No monthly subscription, no setup fee, no contract. You pay us 6%, your fans pay zero fees on top. If you sell a $40 ticket, you keep $37.60 and we keep $2.40. Your fans pay $40.00. Simple math.

Can I use ONTHELIST alongside Ticketmaster?

Yes. We have no exclusivity requirement. If you have a TM contract for certain venues, use us for everything else. A lot of promoters start with us for their independent shows and gradually move everything over as their contracts expire.

What if I need to cancel or change an event?

Change anything at any time — price, date, venue, ticket tiers, capacity. If you cancel, we handle refunds automatically. No cancellation fees, no penalties from us. We know events are unpredictable.

How does door scanning actually work?

Your door staff opens the ONTHELIST scanner page on any smartphone — no app download needed. They scan the fan's QR code, it hits our server in real time, and shows green for valid or red for already scanned or invalid. Takes about half a second per person.

How fast do I actually get paid?

Within 72 hours of your event ending. We process payouts every day. Your money goes directly to the bank account you connect during setup. No holding periods, no manual requests, no waiting on someone to approve your payout.

What size events is this for?

We've built it to work for 50-person house parties and 5,000-person festivals equally. The platform scales. Right now we're focused on Oklahoma — OKC, Tulsa, Norman, Stillwater — and expanding city by city. If you're running events here, this is built for you.
