Terms of Service
Last updated: April 28, 2026
Welcome to ONTHELIST. By using our platform — whether as a fan purchasing tickets or a promoter listing events — you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
ONTHELIST is a ticketing platform that connects independent event promoters with fans. We are based in Oklahoma and operate across Oklahoma, Illinois, and California. Contact us at hello@onthelist.co.
2. For fans — buying tickets
When you purchase a ticket through ONTHELIST:
- The price shown is the final price. No fees are added at checkout. Ever.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information.
- Your QR ticket is generated immediately upon successful payment and sent to your email.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless the promoter explicitly allows transfers.
- You must present your QR code at the door for entry.
3. For promoters — listing events
When you list an event on ONTHELIST:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all event information including date, time, venue, and ticket prices.
- ONTHELIST charges a 6% platform fee on each ticket sold. This is deducted before payout.
- Payouts are processed within 72 hours of your event ending, to the bank account on file.
- You are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax. ONTHELIST calculates and includes estimated tax in the fan-facing price.
- You may not list fraudulent, misleading, or illegal events.
- ONTHELIST reserves the right to remove any event that violates these terms.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
- If an event is cancelled by the promoter, fans receive a full refund.
- If an event is postponed, fans may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
- Refunds for change of mind are at the promoter's discretion.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use ONTHELIST to:
- Resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping)
- Create fraudulent or misleading event listings
- Harass or harm other users
- Attempt to circumvent our payment processing
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
6. Limitation of liability
ONTHELIST acts as a marketplace connecting promoters and fans. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or execution of any event. Disputes between fans and promoters should be directed to the promoter first, then to us at hello@onthelist.co.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ONTHELIST after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
